Quality Scans
Although both drives support quality scans, neither of them worked with utilities such as DVDinfoPro or Nero. This was due to an incompatibility of these utilities and drive with our VIA chipset based motherboard, something which has been confirmed with other VIA chipset based motherboards in general.
However, when we installed the new VIA drivers (Hyperion 4in1), the situation was remedied.
