We tested three motherboards that support DDR3 memory. The Asus P5E3 Deluxe WiFi and Maximus Extreme performed very closely.

The CPU tests are also affected from the memory performance. In some tests, the P5E3 Deluxe WiFi was faster, while in other, the Maximus Extreme took the lead.
