BenQ announced that it will team up with US computer giant International Business Machines Corp (IBM) to tap into the Taiwanese corporate PC market. Such a tie-up is also the result of a shortage of LCD monitors that has prompted PC vendors to seek closer relationships with display makers for a stable supply, investors said.
