Combined with dual backplate cutouts, it increases airflow penetration by up to 58% over traditional backplates and 28% over single-cutout designs, optimizing cooling efficiency and reducing heat buildup.

The AORUS INFINITY series not only features an innovative airflow architecture but also incorporates a concealed Overdrive fan design. A centrally hidden auxiliary fan is integrated within the graphics card, maintaining a clean dual-fan appearance while enhancing cooling flexibility. When the system detects high GPU load, the Overdrive fan automatically activates based on a dedicated fan curve, delivering additional cool airflow to improve thermal performance and ensure stable operation during sustained workloads.

At the same time, the WINDFORCE Hyperburst cooling system combines multiple advanced thermal technologies to enhance overall cooling performance. The patented Hawk fan design minimizes airflow turbulence and noise while achieving up to 53.6% higher air pressure and 12.5% greater air volume, all while maintaining low acoustic levels. In the thermal design, a large vapor chamber makes direct contact with the GPU and is paired with composite copper heat pipes, effectively accelerating heat transfer efficiency. In addition, a high-performance composite metal grease is applied to the GPU to improve thermal conductivity. For key components such as VRAM and MOSFETs, server-grade thermal conductive gel with high deformability and non-fluid characteristics ensures consistent surface contact and long-term reliability, even on uneven surfaces.
