We start our DVD writing quality measurements with DVD+R media. A variety of different MIDs were selected and were burned at the maximum allowed speed. In each of the following pages you can find detailed information about each disc, the burning and reading procedure as well as the related signal measurements that construct the overall picture quality of each disc.

DaTARIUS Scans -

The measurements are summarized in the table below. You can see the limits for each signal, the average and maximum value as it was reported by the DaTARIUS equipment and the values at three specific positions (radius) on the disc (radius 25.0mm, 40.0mm and 55.0 mm)

The POF error reported at the very last addresses is an issue commonly produced during the writing quality measurements. The specific scan should be considered as a good one.
