Microsoft May Bid For Salesforce

Microsoft May Bid For Salesforce

Enterprise & IT May 5,2015 0

Microsoft is reportedly considering to make a bid for Salesforce.com. According to Bloomberg's sources, Salesforce is working with two investment banks to determine a response to approaches. The company’s options could include rebuffing any buyer, or working out a sale.

Microsoft's actions were spurred by the fact that Saleforce was recently in talks with another company for a possible take over, the report added.

Salesforce , which has a market value of almost $50 billion, offers a leading position in customer relationship management (CRM) software, as well as cloud computing.
