Google's new 7-inch tablet is coming this week and detailed specification and image leaks appeared online on Wednesday. According to what is shown in leaked press shots courtesy of evleaks, the Nexus II includes a rear-facing 5-megapixel camera and a SIM card slot for mobile 3G and possible 4GLTE internet access. Its screen will boast a resolution of 1920x1200 pixel, it will support wireless charging, NFC and, most significantly, it will be the first device to officially sport Android 4.3 operating system.

All remains to be confirmed on Wednesday when Google takes to the stage in San Francisco in order to reveal the device.
