New Forceware Drivers by Nvidia

Nvidia released ForceWare Version: 97.02 drivers set, which support the new GeForce 8800 GTX and GeForce 8800 GTS GPUs. Release Highlights:

- Adds support for GeForce 8800 GTX and GeForce 8800 GTS GPUs.
- New PureVideo technology features allows GeForce 8800 GTX/GTS to achieve a score of 128 in the HQV video quality benchmark:

Improved inverse telecine algorithms (2:2 & 3:2 Pull-down Correction) for standard and high definition content.
Improved spatial-temporal de-interlacing algorithm (for standard and high definition content).

- Includes the new NVIDIA Control Panel.
- Microsoft DirectX 9.0c and OpenGL 2.0 support.

Please note that this driver currently only supports GeForce 8800 series. If you need a driver for other NVIDIA GPUs, visit www.nvidia.com/drivers and select the driver for your product.

Nvidia also released the nForce 680i SLI - Windows XP (32-Bit) V9.53 drivers, a WHQL driver package for nForce 680i SLI motherboards. Note that Windows XP users must install Service Pack 1, at a minimum, prior to attempting to install this package. Failure to do so will result in the inability to support USB 2.0. Installation of DirectX 9.0 or higher is required in order to use NVMixer.
