Pretec has been pioneering the world's 1st 2 MegaPixel DSC & MPEG4 tapeless digital camcorder with 30 fps VHS TV quality, available in the market since early 2003; and now further increasing the resolution up to 400% better, making the moving picture quality DVD-like as appeared to the consumer's eyes. Pretec DV6403, a CCD 4 mega-pixel digital still camera and 30fps VGA quality MPEG4 digital camcorder with 3X optical zoom and 4X digital zoom, weighs only 200 grams, is the world's lightest and most compact high performance digital camcorder in its class.
