Sparkle Announced Calibre IDF Cooling System
Sparkle Computer today announced the Calibre IDF (Intelligent Dual Fly Cooling System) with SPARKLE exclusively developed GBOX control terminal.
The Calibre IDF (Intelligent Dual Fly) Cooling System was born in the SPARKLE R&D labs. The system consists of aluminum die-casting thermal base with copper core inside, three heat pipes and dual cooling fans with 0.2 mm thin cooling fins. When the GPU stars working, the copper die-casting thermal base will quickly take the working heat from the GPU to the heat-pipe horizontally put inside the thermal base, and the heat will be equably spread to the left part and right part of the copper die-casting thermal base. At same time, the two circular heat pipes also quickly bring the heat from GPU to the 0.2 mm thin cooling fins, now the strong wind pressure and airflow made by two cooling fans take all the heat out of the cooling module.
The Calibre IDF (Intelligent Dual Fly ) Cooling System has also the capability to sense the temperature. Users can preset the temperature on the GBOX for the fans running intelligently. The preset temperature range is from 25-80 degree Centigrade. When the GPU temperature is higher than the preset value, the cooling fans can be intelligently adjusted aslant by the Calibre IDF. For example, if a user presets the temperature to 50 degree Centigrade on GBOX, when the GPU temperature is higher than 50 degree Centigrade, the motor incorporated in the Calibre Intelligent Dual fly Cooling System will drive two fans working aslant, If the GPU temperature is lower than 50 degree Centigrade, the two fans on the Calibre Intelligent Dual fly Cooling System will automatically close up driven by the motor. With low power consumption and low noise characteristics, the motor doesn't require external power supply, it can get the power from the 4pin power connector on the PCB of the graphics card.
