Strengthening its penetration in the automobile market by leveraging its dominance of DVD virtual audio enhancement, Spatializer Audio Laboratories Inc today announced that Kenwood has incorporated Spatializer® 3-D Stereo into its new f-VD9 DVD/CD Receiver for the automobile market.
Kenwood will release the f-VD9 DVD video receiver with Spatializer® 3-D Stereo in mid October, initially in Japan. Spatializer® 3-D Stereo immerses the listener in surround sound using the standard front and rear pairs of speakers. The f-VD9 comes with four 47W amplifiers and FM/AM stereo tuner in a compact 1 DIN size chassis. Other features include a 3-band parametric equalizer, ``3D Moving Picture display,'' joystick remote controller and speaker selector for optimum equalization of speakers.
