Featuring an advanced 6 nm controller, the T-CREATE CLASSIC H514 delivers ultra-low read and write latencies of just 0.05 ms and 0.015 ms, respectively. Built with advanced 3D NAND flash, the H514 offers capacities of up to 4TB, supporting the deployment and storage needs of large AI language models ranging from 7B to 175B parameters.
