Two New Intel-Processor Notebooks from Dell
Dell introduced on Tuesday two new notebook computers the Inspiron E1505 and Inspiron 6400 that support Intels Core Duo processors just like the new Mac mini.
Dells new Inspiron laptops can be equipped with either Intel Core Duo or Core Solo processors. The E1505 is targeted more towards entertainment minded consumers and comes with Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005. Features in common on the two models include a 15.4" widescreen display, one-button access to digital media without having to start Windows and an integrated 5-in-1 media card reader.
Other features available on various configurations of these two models can include up to 2GB of shared 533 DDR2 memory, Intel integrated GMA 950 graphics, a serial ATA hard drive up to 200GB and internal Intel Pro/Wireless 3945 (802.11a/b/g, 54Mbps) and Dell Wireless or internal Dell 350 Bluetooth options.
