CyberLink LabelPrint Passes LightScribe Certification
CyberLink confirmed CyberLink LabelPrint has passed official certification for support of LightScribe Direct Disc Labeling technology.
LabelPrint lets users personalize their LightScribe discs by burning quality images directly onto the disc surface, either using images from a built-in library or their own digital photos. The software includes easy-to-use tools and templates for creating disc layouts, including the kinds of alignments and text effects found on CDs and DVDs produced by today's leading entertainment companies.
"CyberLink LabelPrint's support for LightScribe technology offers a fun and intuitive way to burn quality images directly onto LightScribe discs," said Alice H. Chang, CEO of CyberLink. With its easy steps, stylish text layout tools, and high-resolution image library, LabelPrint ensures an added touch of professionalism to content burnt to CD or DVD.
LabelPrint operates as a standalone product and is available via CyberLink's complete DVD burning and creativity suite CyberLink DVD Solution. CyberLink will also incorporate LabelPrint within future versions of video editing software PowerDirector, DVD authoring software PowerProducer, and data burning software Power2Go.
Creating jewel case covers, inlays, mini-disc and standard CD/DVD-sized labels is also quick and easy, and LabelPrint provides theme-based high-resolution images for use as label backgrounds. Images can also be imported as BMP, TIF, JPG and GIF files. Music information can be quickly transferred from MP3 files for even faster production.
