Cooler Master Launches Case Mod Competition 2013
Cooler Master have just launched their annual case mod competition, and ASUS, GeIL and Plextor are sponsoring cash and hardware prizes total up to US$20,000.
Modders are invited to enter in one of two categories: "Tower Mod" and "Scratch Build." Hardware plus cash prizes await the 1st place x 1, 2nd place x 2 and 3rd place x 3 winners of the two existing categories. See full contest details at: mod.coolermaster.com.
Winners of the 2013 Mod Contest will be calculated based on public votes (30% of total score) and judges' scores (70% of total score). This year includes cash prizes for 1st and 2nd place winners in both categories of US$1,000 or US$500 respectively. Hardware prizes include Cooler Master cases, V1000 power supplies and Nepton liquid cooler, ASUS Maximus VI Formula and ASUS TUF Sabertooth Z87 motherboards, aluminum peripherals form CM Storm, GeIL EVO Potenza 2666+MHz Limited Edition Frost White 16GB Dual Channel Kit, Plextor SSD and more.
The panel of judges includes renowned modding experts: Bill Owen, Richard Surroz, Brian Carter, Paul Tan, Antony Leather, ASUS, GeIL, Plextor and Cooler Master's own design team.
