Nvidia NVS 810 Graphics Card Designed to Drive Digital Signage Displays

GPUs Nov 5,2015 0

Nvidia has made available the NVIDIA NVS 810 graphics board, a small in size graphics card designed to power multi-display digital signage installations. Its connectivity options include eight mini-DisplayPort 1.2 connectors. Each can drive 4K resolution displays that are all synchronized.

Driven by the NVIDIA Maxwell GPU architecture, the NVS 810 has a single-slot design coupled with NVIDIA DesignWorks technologies like Mosiac and Warp & Blend to make it make it easy to combine multiple cards into a single system.

Under the hood there is a pair of partially enabled GM107 GPUs with 512 of 640 CUDA cores enabled, for a total of 1024 CUDA cores. This is paired up with 2GB of VRAM per GPU for a total of 4GB.

The NVS 810 also supports nView and NVWMI, among other tools, to simplify image management tasks and manage GPU installations remotely.

The NVS 810 will be available starting this month through our U.S. and European authorized reseller PNY, followed by other Nvidia's OEMs and channel partners in the coming months. It is expected to have a street price in the $650-$750 range.
