Thermaltake Launches AW360/420 AIO Liquid Cooler and WAir CPU Cooler for Workstations

Cooling Systems Oct 8,2025 0

Thermaltake announces the availability of the AW360/420 AIO Liquid Coolers and the WAir CPU Cooler, two high-performance cooling solutions designed specifically for modern workstations. Built for professionals tackling demanding workloads such as 3D rendering, AI computing, CAD design, and big data analytics, these coolers are engineered to deliver exceptional thermal performance, stability, and low noise under continuous high-load conditions.

Both coolers support Intel LGA4677 and AMD sTR5/SP6 sockets, ensuring broad compatibility with the latest high-core-count workstation processors. Combined with industry-leading TDP ratings, up to 625W for the AW420 and 500W for the Wair, both product lines provide reliable cooling for extended professional workloads.

AW360/420 AIO Liquid Cooler
The AW360 and AW420 represent Thermaltake’s flagship workstation liquid cooling lineup, tailored to meet the needs of creators, engineers, and enterprise users who require robust thermal management. The AW360 comes fitted with three TOUGHFAN 12 Pro fans, while the AW420 uses three TOUGHFAN 14 Pro fans, both utilizing liquid crystal polymer (LCP) fan blades to minimize vibration and maintain low noise levels at full speed.

Central to their performance is a large nickel-plated copper water block that maximizes contact with workstation-class CPUs. This enlarged base not only enhances heat distribution but also provides the stability needed for long-duration workloads, where consistent cooling is critical for preventing thermal throttling.

With up to 590W TDP support for the AW360 and an impressive 625W TDP for the AW420, both models are capable of sustaining heavy workloads for extended periods without compromising performance. For those seeking an integrated solution, the AW Series pairs seamlessly with Thermaltake’s AX Series workstation chassis, creating a perfectly tuned thermal ecosystem for high-end systems.

Features of the AW360/420 AIO Liquid Cooler
• Supports Intel LGA4677 & AMD sTR5/SP6 workstation sockets
• AW360 supports up to 590W TDP; AW420 supports up to 625W TDP
• Large nickel-plated copper base for maximum heat coverage and dissipation
• AW360: Equipped with three TOUGHFAN 12 Pro fans delivering 70.8 CFM airflow and 3.19 mm-H2O static pressure at only 22.6 dB-A noise level
• AW420: Equipped with three TOUGHFAN 14 Pro fans delivering 119.6 CFM airflow and 3.57 mm-H2O static pressure at only 31.6 dB-A noise level
• Fan blades made from liquid crystal polymer (LCP) for reduced vibration and higher efficiency
• Ideal for professional workloads including 3D rendering, AI computing, and data analytics
• Perfectly pairs with Thermaltake AX Series workstation chassis

WAir CPU Cooler
The WAir CPU Cooler is Thermaltake’s high-end air cooler designed specifically for workstations, offering exceptional thermal performance without the complexity of liquid cooling. Featuring a single-tower design with dual redesigned TOUGHFAN 14 Pro fans, WAir delivers an optimal balance of cooling efficiency, acoustic control, and case compatibility.

At the core of its design is a large nickel-plated copper base that ensures full coverage of workstation CPUs. This base connects to six high-performance Ø6 mm heat pipes, which are soldered to reduce thermal resistance and enable rapid heat transfer from the CPU to the heatsink array. The result is a cooler that can sustain up to 500W TDP with precision and stability.

The dual-fan configuration has been carefully designed, the front fan pulls in cool air, directing it through the densely packed fins, while the rear fan expels hot air for enhanced airflow. Built from LCP materials, the fans resist deformation even under high RPMs, ensuring consistent thermal performance for professional workloads that run for hours or days at a time.

Features of the WAir CPU Cooler
• Supports Intel LGA4677 & AMD sTR5/SP6 workstation sockets
• Supports up to 500W TDP for high-load, sustained workloads
• Single-tower, dual-fan design for efficiency and case compatibility
• Equipped with dual redesigned TOUGHFAN 14 Pro delivering 83.4 CFM airflow and 1.86 mm-H2O static pressure at a low 24.4 dB-A noise level
• Fan blades made from liquid crystal polymer (LCP) to minimize vibration at full speed
• 6 × Ø6 mm heat pipes with soldered joints for enhanced conduction
• Large nickel-plated copper base for full CPU coverage
• Perfectly pairs with Thermaltake AX Series workstation chassis

Thermaltake’s AW360/420 AIO Liquid Cooler and WAir CPU Cooler set a new benchmark for workstation cooling solutions by combining industrial-grade materials, advanced design, and compatibility with workstation-specific sockets. Whether you need the unmatched capacity of liquid cooling or the trusted reliability of high-performance air cooling, Thermaltake offers purpose-built solutions ready for the most demanding professional applications, available now through Thermaltake’s global network of retailers and distributors.
