Seagate's GoFlex For Mac Hard Drives And Thunderbolt Adapters Arrive In Europe
Seagate's GoFlex for Mac external hard drives and GoFlex Thunderbolt adapters are now selling for the first time in Apple retail stores across Europe.
Four Seagate GoFlex external hard drives are available in Europe only from Apple stores:
- GoFlex Pro for Mac: The 500GB version of this portable drive comes with FireWire 800 and USB 2.0 connectivity.
- GoFlex Special Edition for Mac: The 1TB portable drive has FireWire 800 and USB 2.0 connectivity, and a soft-touch silver finish.
- GoFlex Slim for Mac: The worlds slimmest portable external hard drive built with Mac computers, this 500GB drive features a sleek design and USB 2.0 connectivity.
- GoFlex Desk for Mac: They come in a choice of two or three terabyte options, with FireWire 800 and USB 2.0.
All of these drives are compatible with Apple Time Machine and can also be used interchangeably with PCs without reformatting.
Also available now in Europe are the GoFlex Thunderbolt Adapter, which works with any portable Seagate GoFlex drive and provides one of the few Thunderbolt-connected portable hard drive solutions in the market today, and the GoFlex Desk Thunderbolt Adapter, which works with any GoFlex Desk drive.
