Addlink adds S90 series PCI-Express4.0 (x4) NVMe SSD

The addlink "S90" series is an NVMe M.2 SSD that supports PCI-Express4.0 (x4) connection. The form factor is M.2 2280, and the lineup includes two models with capacities of 1TB and 2TB.

NAND Flash is a 3D TLC NAND with advanced wear leveling and powerful garbage collection capabilities. The maximum transfer speed is 5,000MB / sec for sequential reading, 4,400MB / sec for writing, 750,000 IOPS for random reading, and 700,000 IOPS for writing.

The cache memory is DDR4, the main body size is 22 mm in width, 80 mm in depth, 3.5 mm in height, and weighs about 8.2 g. MTBF is 1.8 million hours and the product warranty is 5 years. There is no informatio about the retail prices of the products.
