Dutch ASML Holding N.V.is the latest company to report unauthorized access to its IT systems, although it found no evidence that valuable files were accessed. The semiconductor equipment maker on Sunday said that it recently discovered access to "a limited portion" of its IT systems. ASML is conducting investigation but for now, it appears that only a limited amount of data has been accessed. ASML says it has not found any evidence that valuable files, either from ASML or its customers and suppliers, have been compromised.
