Canon Releases Firmware Update
Canon has released firmware updates for the following cameras: the EOS-1D Mk IIN, the EOS-5D and the EOS-30D digital SLRs.
The Canon EOS-1D Mark II N version 1.0.4 fixes the phenomenon where the images are monochrome and where they are overexposed when using Focusing Screen Ec-S. It can be dowloaded at the following link.
The Canon EOS 5D firmware update version 1.0.5 fixes the phenomenon where images are monochrome. It also provides a fix for shutter problems with the Speedlite580EX. To download it, click here.
The Canon EOS 30D updated firmware will fix problems that were encountered with the display of Simplified Chinese or Traditional Chinese on the LCD monitor. Here is the download link.
