Following the finalzation of the acquisition of Elipida Memory Inc. by Micron, the Japanese company has changed its name to Micron Memory Japan, Inc. Effective from February 28, 2014, Micron Memory Japan, Inc. will use the same offices (address and phone numbers) of Elpida Memory.

A subsidiary of Elpida Memory, Inc., Akita Elpida Memory, Inc., will also change its name to Micron Akita, Inc.
