Football Manager 2008 Gone Gold
The next iteration of Football Manager series will be released across Europe for PC and Apple Macintosh on October 19th 2007 and on October 26th in Spain.
A generously lengthy demo has been available since Sunday 30th September and is already smashing records. On its release, the demo was downloaded from its two official websites over 250,000 times in less than two days, which is more than double the amount of downloads achieved by last years demo.
The quickest way to get your hands on the demo is to download the "vanilla" version. This version of the demo runs only in English and features the English and Scottish leagues, with no player photo's or logo's, helping to keep the download size down. This version is available from http://www.newsoftheworld.co.uk/3009_football_manager_2008_download.shtml
For those wanting more features and languages, the "strawberry" version would be the one to download. This version of the demo includes all player pictures and logo's, with quick starts from the world's biggest leagues, giving aspiring managers a chance to try out their skills in a variety of countries. This also includes multiple language translations. This demo is available now from www.sigames.com.
