Lumia 640 XL Coming in The U.S.
AT&T announced today that on June 26, it will start selling Microsoft's Lumia 640 XL smartphone in AT&T retail stores and online. Qualified customers can purchase the Lumia 640 XL for $0 down on an AT&T Next plan, paying $8.34 per month with 30 device payments on Next 24, $10.42 per month at 24 payments on Next 18, or $12.50 per month at 20 payments on Next 12.
The smartphone has a 5.7-inch ClearBlack display with sunlight readability. It comes loaded with the Windows Phone 8.1 operating system with Lumia Denim and features such as the full Office suite, including Word and Excel.
The Lumia 640 XL comes equipped with a 13-megapixel HD rear camera with ZEISS optics and a front-facing 5-megapixel HD wide-angle camera.
Other Lumia 640 XL specs you should know about include a 1Ghz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, a replaceable 3000 mAh battery, and features such as one-swipe Action Center, Live Folders and Glance Screen.
You’ll also have access to Cortana, Microsoft's personal digital assistant.
The Lumia 640 XL comes with 8GB of internal memory, which you can expand up to 128GB via a MicroSD card.
