Nokia Headquarters On Sale
Nokia is reportedly seeking to sell its headquarters in Espoo, Finland as part of the company' s efforts to dispose non-core assets.
Finnish newspaper Iltasanomat confirmed that Nokia has been
evaluating different options for its non-core parts, such as real estate holdings. The is valued at 200-300 million euros ($259-388 million), the paper reported.
Timo Ihamuotila, Chief Financial Officer of Nokia, told tha paper that the company is considering the option to move its head offices.
Nokia has been trying to improve its finances through large job cuts and other measures, such as selling properties.
