Writing Quality Tests - C1 / C2 Error Measurements
The C1 / C2 error rate was measured for the recorded discs burned during the previous writing tests (jitter). The software used was UMDoctor Pro II, and the reader the Optorite DD0203 drive.

- Summary
UmDoctor showed that the Optorite provided quality CD-R writing with TY discs, while the AM and Benq, from Plasmon and Acer respectively gave back high C1 errors. In the case of the AM disc, a lot of C2 errors were reported and the disc was not readable with the Optorite DD0405, as well as all other drives we tested it with.
