Pulstec Industrial Co., Ltd will have on dispaly at the MediaTech Expo Show its latest solutions for checking the BD-ROM/R/RE and Replica stampers. The Japanese company will showcase the analysis tools of stamper for BD-ROM, R,RE and Replica discs. Checking the quality of the stamper before the replication stage of a disc is essential in order to avoid quality issues on the replicated discs, essentially offering more efficient disc production.

The system itself is an upgraded verison of the company's MASTER system. Pulstec says that it has adopted the Spin Coater method resolving the cover layer issues and that the new system is offering reliability, great repeatability and good correlation.

In addition, Pulstec is offering a BCA Writer and Checker System that used for BD production. The company is also offering evaluation systems for next generation media, such as holographic discs and Near Field systems.

Pulstec will also offer Replica disc evaluation services at its booth at MEDIA-TECH Europe 2009, which will be held in Forum Messe Frankfurt, Germany April 22-24.
