Thermaltake today announced the Shock XT 7.1 and Shock XT Gaming Headsets.

Shock XT 7.1 Gaming Headset is lightweight enough for comfortable gaming sessions. It features 7.1 virtual surround and oversized 50mm drivers that minimize distortion at both low and high frequencies, ranging from 20Hz - 20KHz.

The headset comes with a USB audio control box with 7.1 virtual surround sound and built-in digital signal processing (DSP). On the control box, you can adjust the 7.1 virtual surround sound, preset EQ, volume and microphone mute controls on-the-fly.

The comfortable padding of the ear cups are foldable for easy storage and portability. You can also flip up the microphone and continue your session when not in use. The headset is compatible with PCs, consoles, mobiles, and VR. Additionally, it offers 8-level headband adjustments.

The Shock XT Gaming Headset also features 50mm drivers. It comes with an in-line control box for volume and microphone mute controls, and is compatible with multiple platforms (PC, console, mobile, and VR). The ear cups are foldable with 8-level headband adjustments for better comfort.

The Shock XT 7.1 and Shock XT Gaming Headsets will be available in Q1 via the TT Premium online store, authorized retailers and distributors. The Gaming Headsets are backed by a two-year warranty.
