Simulating the behavior of SLC flash, these 3D NAND-based SSDs deliver competitive transfer speeds and longer service life, with endurance reaching 100K P/E cycles. Transcend's SSDs are 100% chamber tested in-house, certifying that our wide temperature SLC Mode SSDs are capable of operating at temperatures from -40°C to 85°C.
