DVD+R DL ( RITEK D01 )

Traxdata has for a long time now released its Double Layer media while many other manufacturers have yet to do so.

For our tests, we used a DVD-Video content disc, the "Gladiator Movie - Special Edition" Disc1 with a total size of 6.86GB.

First, we transferred the original movie to the hard disc with DVD Decrypter in ISO format (single file). We then used the latest version of CopyToDVD software to burn the image file to the discs.

We burned traxdata media on 15 different burners. More information about each burner, its respective firmware revision as well as the speed and the time needed for a complete burn are given in the following table.
