As we noted earlier, the player doesn't come with ZDMC (a fork for KODI), but you can get the latest version here. The ZDMC is based on the KODI 17.6 and is compatible withall the popular add-ons you may use in your KODI box:

You can also output HD audio:

The truth is that the ZDMC doesn't actually use (by default) its own decoding engine, but it uses the default media player in order to deliver the maximum performance. Of course, add-ons will work just fine.

We also tried the the "normal" KODI version, but even the latest beta didn't have a good performance in video playback or HD passthrough.
