OCZ has a new solid state drive in the pipeline that will utilize an updated version of the Barefoot 3 controller alongside 20nm NAND flash. The company confirmed toTechspot.com the existence of the new SSD SSD series although it did not unveil any specific release date or the name of the new series.

We could speculate that the new SSD could be the "Vertex 5" series, based on the fact that OCZ has already released a 20nm version of their Vertex 3 SSD, known as the Vertex 3.20.
