The second second Nvidia Shield device, Nvidia's Android-based gaming system, seems to be a tablet, according to documents at the Global Certification Forum and FCC. The docs call the product the "SHIELD Tablet" and the device looks like a normal tablet without an integrated controller.

The first Shield was designed for gaming and was one of the first devices to use Nvidia's Tegra 4 SoC. Although we'll have to wait for an officialy announcement from Nvidia, it would make sense to assume that the new the new tablet will be powered byNvidia's Tegra K1 chip.
