LiteOn launches portable USB2.0 24X CD-RW 'LXR-24101A'

LITE-ON launched external portable USB2.0 24X CD-RW drive LXR-24101A which can meet the requirement of current notebook users for bakup. The beautiful drive is designed as portable, USB2.0 connection, lid openning easy disc loader and a 24x/10x/40x CD-RW drive. User can use optional adapter cable of IEEE1394 or PCMCIA Card Bus for different systems connection. Earphone jack and volume control knob make the drive to be an music playback device connect to your stereo system. The drive is equipped with LITE-ON innovated function SMART-BURN (Smart Monitoring & Adapting Recording Technology for BURNing) prevents buffer under run error and provide the best burnning quliaty with automatic writing strategy and running OPC(Optimal Power Calibration).

SMART-X (Smart Monitoring & Adjusting Read-speed Technology for eXtraction) provides very smart speed of DAE (maximum 40X) during its copying or playback the titles. VAS(Vibration Absorber System) mechanism design provides the minimum operation noise and vibration. The drive support flashrom for website firmware upgrade.
