Marketing renders of LG's upcoming LG G8 ThinQ smartphone have appeared online.

AAn image of LG's new flagship phone, set for official debut at Mobile World Congress at the end of February, was posted online by Evan Blass.

LG last week said that the new smartphone would integrate Infineon's Time-of-Flight (ToF) sensor on the selfie-cam side for face recognition and depth mapping (for AR/VR and improved background defocus "portrait" modes). ToF measures the time it takes for a light wave to bounce off a surface and return to the sensor in order to estimate distance.

LG didn't comment on the leak.
