Huawei held an online launch event on April 17 and unveiled the Huawei IdeaHub series products.

IdeaHub is a new productivity tool Huawei developed to create an all-scenario smart office in this cloud era.

It is an intelligent endpoint which integrates multiple functions, including multi-screen collaboration between mobiles and PCs, interactive whiteboard, remote collaboration, FHD video conferencing, HUAWEI CLOUD WeLink service and built-in HD AppGallery.

HUAWEI IdeaHub Series offers both 65-inch and 86-inch options. It can be installed on a mobile stand or wall in a variety of environments, including enterprise conference rooms, executive board rooms, open office, and even home office rooms.

Huawei IdeaHub debuts multiple technologies, such as voice assistant, intelligent display, intelligent handwriting recognition, acoustic baffle, speaker tracking, on-screen name tags, and multi-modal conference minutes. In addition, it has built-in HUAWEI CLOUD WeLink service and AppGallery.

These technologies enable cross-region and cross-enterprise communication and collaboration. In addition, they aggregate massive enterprise office and production applications. Finally, they support low-cost and zero-threshold deployment and use.

Sun Quan, President of the Intelligent Collaboration SPDT, HUAWEI Cloud & AI BG, outlined Huawei’s "1+3+X" smart office strategy:

• 1 indicates the office digitization and enterprise reconstruction based on HUAWEI CLOUD WeLink, an intelligent work platform provided by HUAWEI CLOUD.
• 3 refers to three types of intelligent collaboration endpoints. The first type is the video conferencing endpoints. The second is the newly released IdeaHub series, which is designed for team collaboration. The third is the Intelligent Desktop series, which will be available in coming months.
• X represents open cooperation and ecosystem construction for both software and hardware. Huawei is working with ecosystem partners to provide industrial services for enterprise users.
