Alienware Unveils New Area-51 m5790 Special Edition

The Area-51 m5790 Special Edition, with its signature, eye-catching cool design, delivers unprecedented levels of performance for enthusiasts, gamers and professionals who seek a notebook designed to store, manage and showcase digital content in brilliant visual and audio detail. The superior processing power, high-definition picture quality and massive storage capacity of the Area-51 m5790 Special Edition are powered by: overclocked Intel Core 2 Duo processors, ATI Mobility Radeon X1900 graphics, Blu-ray Disc optical drives, Dual hard drives with up to 400GB of storage capacity, Widescreen 17-inch LCD with 1080p quality.

What's more, the newly enhanced graphics capability of the Area-51 m5790 Special Edition makes it perfectly suited for the forthcoming release of Microsoft Windows Vista Premium and Ultimate Editions, which offer a rich new interface and new ways for users to organize and find the information stored on their notebook. All Alienware systems ordered through January 30th are eligible for free upgrades to Microsoft Windows Vista.
