BLU Products introduced two new smartphone devices at the 2016 CES, with the latest in the BLU VIVO series - the Vivo 5 and Vivo XL. The BLU Vivo 5 and Vivo XL are both powered by a MediaTek 4G LTE MT6753 Tru Octa-Core 64 Bit processor. BLU has offered the following benchmarks for its new devices:

The BLU Vivo 5 and Vivo XL both feature a 5.5-inch SUPER AMOLED display bonded with a scratch resistant Corning Gorilla Glass 3. Camera performance has been enhanced with several software enhancements and features including AF and AE separation, Magic Focus, Ultra Pixel, Smart Scene and more, with a 13MP main camera including f2.0 Aperture, 5 piece sapphire blue lenses, and Phase Detection Auto Focus (PDAF) that captures focus in one tenth of a second. In the font is a 5MP wide-angle camera and software features such as Face Beauty.

The BLU Vivo 5 and Vivo XL also each include a 3,150mAh in a slim 6.9mm body for Vivo 5 and 7.5mm for Vivo XL, with the latest in USB Type-C 2.0 Port for easy charging, plus Fast Charging Technology. Additional features include Hi-Fi DTS Sound.

Vivo 5

The BLU Vivo 5 is the fifth generation of the Vivo Series. It is the first BLU device to feature a full metal body including a metal back, crafted from a single block of aluminum, finished with chamfered edges. The BLU Vivo 5 includes 32GB internal memory with expandable Micro SD slot, coupled with 3GB of DDR3 RAM.

The Vivo 5 will be available in White-Silver and Solid Gold. Launch date set for February on Amazon.com and Bestbuy.com, unlocked with Dual Sim, 4G LTE, and VoLTE support at $199.00 compatible with all GSM Network operators in the Americas.

Vivo XL

The BLU Vivo XL combines a liquid metal body with a mirror like finish. It can tackle multiple tasks with ease including 2GB of RAM, and 16GB of internal memory plus expandable micro SD Slot.

The BLU Vivo XL will be available in Liquid Gold, Chrome Silver, Midnight Blue and Rose Gold and will go on sale in January on Amazon.com and BestBuy.com unlocked with Dual Sim, 4G LTE support at $149.00, compatible with all GSM networks in the Americas.
