CyberLink today announced CyberLink PowerCinema has successfully met the requirements of the DLNA Home Networked Device Interoperability Guidelines. The DLNA's "Designed to DLNA Guidelines" program includes mandatory requirements for interoperability between networked devices, including PC-based and consumer electronics devices. PowerCinema has passed a conformance checklist and demonstrated multi-vendor interoperability with other products Designed to DLNA Guidelines.

In late 2004 PowerCinema was certified as a UPnP Media Server and Media Renderer by the UPnP Implementers Corporation (UIC), both of which are prerequisites for the Designed to DLNA Guidelines.
