The Lexar 64GB Jumpdrive S45 offers a convenient way to expand your laptop's storage capacity, as this tiny storage device can be plugged into your laptops's USB 3.0 port and essentially become part of it. It will not let you down in terms of performance, delivering fast read and write sequential speeds, staying well within the performance figures quoted by Lexar.

Both the benchmarks and some real read/write testing unveiled the weaknesses of the drive when it handles very small files, but this was expected from a small flash drive.

The Lexar 64GB Jumpdrive S45 retails online at Amazon for $25. Typically, it doesn't make sense to talk about the competition when we have to do with such low-priced products, but we could just mention that its price is a bit higher than similar flash drives from Samsung (Samsung 64GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive Fit - $18) or the Sandisk (SanDisk Ultra Fit 64GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive - $17.5). But don't forget that the Jumpdrive S45 is bundled with the Encrypt Stick Lite software :)
