MSN Starts MP3 Download Service
MSN (msn.co.kr), a portal website of Microsoft (MS) Corporation, announced Monday that it started an MP3 music file download service.
From now on, MSN users may download MP3 music files for W800 per song. Users may also use the service without logging on MSN Messenger by clicking on the music channel corner installed in the new 10.0 Windows Media Player version. Currently there are about 3,000 songs available in MP3 files, and more than 10,000 songs will be added on by the end of the month.
MSN has also started an Internet-based music broadcast service named "MSN Radio." MSN Radio programs will include "Star Show" with comedian Yum Gyung-hwan and other celebrities, and music programs such as "Genre Channel" and "Theme Channel."
