New Blu-Ray and HD DVD Desktop PC by LG

LG Electronics has announced the a new desktop PC for the Korean market, equipped with a Blu-Ray/HD DVD Super Multi Blue drive. The new LX97WH PC is part of LG's XPION series of products, well -known in the Korean market for their stylish Apple-like design. The PC's 8.9cm slim case packs LG's Super Multi Blue drive capable of burning BD-Rs at 6x, reading HD DVD discs and of course supporting the CD and DVD formats.

The PC is powered by the Intel Core 2 Duo CPU (Bearlake) while graphics are handled by an Nvidia Geforce 8 series video card (8500GT 512MB).

The LX97WH will appear in the Korean market next month.

- Sound: HD 3D Audio (analog 7.1 Channel)
- Cooler: TGT (Turbulence Generating Technology) cooling system
