New slim DVD multi burner by SLI
SLI announced the new Digistor UltraSlim DVD Multi Burner.
The Digistor UltraSlim features a combination USB 2.0/ FireWire interface for plug and play PC connectivity and a complete suite of DVD authoring, editing, recording and playback software.
The sleek, slot-load burner writes to 4.7GB (2-hour) DVD-R/-RW/RAM media as well as 700MB (80-min) CD-R/-RW discs.
The software bundled with the Digistor is developed by Ulead, adn makes it easy for users to capture and edit video, complete with transitions, titles, music, narration, and special effects. They can also add video chapters and choose from a number of DVD background templates. They can burn the finalized video to CD or DVD and view the results on almost any home DVD player or computer DVD drive.
Because the Digistor UltraSlim DVD Burner offers both USB 2.0 and FireWire connectivity, users can attach the unit to a broad range of PCs without having to shut down or reboot the system. When used with a 6 pin to 6 pin FireWire connection, users can work without power connections because the burner will be powered through the computer's FireWire cable.
