With its newest addition, the Freezer 4U-OneX, the series is now also fully compatible with AmpereOne® processors on the LGA5964 socket. The Freezer 4U-OneX not only includes MX-7 thermal paste which will be applied to the die, but also thermal pads that are placed on the IHS to ensure full thermal coverage. Thanks to its push-pull fan configuration and large surface, the Freezer 4U-OneX delivers highly efficient heat dissipation. This ensures maximum performance even under heavy workloads. With a compact height of just 151 mm, the single-tower cooler fits seamlessly into standard 4U server cases and larger.
