Thermaltake Launches Latest Riing Silent 12 CPU Coolers

PC components Mar 25,2016 0

Thermaltake has unveiled the latest Riing Silent 12 CPU cooler, designed for use with high-end RAM and motherboards. The coolers support the PWM function, allowing your motherboard to set the spinning speed of the cooler's 120mm fan acording to the cooling needs.

The main cooler unit features an optimized 11 fan-blade design with hydraulic bearings for silent operation. A patented LED ring on the cooler adds a lighting effect to the set.

The Riing Silent 12 cooler lineup includes the Riing Silent 12 Blue CPU cooler and Riing Silent 12 Red CPU cooler.

Riing Silent 12 was tested bt Thermaltake in a semi-anechoic chamber which includes anti-vibration, sound-proof, and sound-absorbing effect. With a LNC (Low-Noise Cable), Riing Silent 12 can reduce the noise level by 29% from 18.8 dBA to 13.4 dBA, and 50% of fan speed. Riing Silent 12 is also capable of keeping the temperature of an INTEL Core i7-4770K 3.80 GHz CPU (full load) between 30°C and 32.5°C (@20°C ambient temperature).
