Transcend’s 112-layer 3D NAND SSDs offer an endurance rating of 3K P/E cycles, and are able to operate securely under an extended temperature range (-20°C~-75°C). All drives have undergone robust tests to ensure that optimal reliability can fully support heavy industrial workloads.

PCIe Gen4 x4 interface: Even faster
Transcend’s MTE720T SSD is designed with a PCIe Gen4 x4 high-speed interface and an 8-channel controller, complying with the NVMe 1.4 protocol. With DDR4 DRAM cache attached, its performance reaches 7,400/6,000 MB/s, ideal for a broad range of data-rich applications. On top of that, Corner Bond and 30µ” PCB gold fingers are implemented to protect the key components, enhancing its durability and shock resistance.
