Buffalo Introduces 18x Super-multi DVD Burner

Japanese Buffalo announced plans to release a new 18x Super-multi DVD burner based on the Pioneer DVR-212 series, in the beginning of March. The company will release the drive in both external (USB2.0) and internal (S-ATA) versions. The drives offer 18x writing for DVD±R 12x for DVD-RAM, 10x for DVD±R DL, 8x for DVD+RW and 6x for DVD-RW media.


The supported "Ultra DRA" and "Liquid crystal tilt mechanism" technologies by Pioneer ensure quality recordings, while the "PowerRead" function will help you read your old scratched DVDs easier.
