Hot on the heels of launching the overclocking version of the NVIDIA GeForce 8800GT GPU graphics cards, Asus has today released the overclocking version of the latest NVIDIA GeForce 8800GTS GPU; with the EN8800GTS TOP/HTDP/512M and EN8800GTS/HTDP/512M graphics cards Featuring overclocking of the stream processors, the EN8800GTS TOP will allow users to enjoy a 7% performance. Moreover, just like the 8800GTX/Ultra, both graphics cards are designed with 128 stream processors for DirectX 10 gaming and multimedia playback; while consuming less power with the new power efficient 65nm processors. Furthermore, the integrated SmartDoctor feature will provide users with the option to overclock the Shader Clock for even better graphical performances.

With the EN8800GTS TOP, Asus claims that gamers will gain performance boosts for the core clock from 650MHz up to 740MHz, memory clock from 1940MHz up to 2070MHz, and shader clock from 1625MHz up to 1800MHz.
