OnePlus Revealed Its TV and the OnePlus 7T
The highly anticipated OnePlus TV, the 55-inch OnePlus TV Q1 series, has been finally unveiled.
The TV boasts a QLED 4K panel with support for Dolby Vision and HDR10+ and a screen-to-body ratio of 95.7%. "With a very high color range of NTSC 120%, images and videos are always rendered in crisp quality and more vibrant colors," CEO Pete Lao claimed.
Launching in India, the new OnePlus TV body boasts a slim unified profile to fit into any living room setting without adding clutter. It has a nearly bezel-less screen and a moving sound bar. And with Dolby Vision and HDR10+ support, images displayed are constantly optimized on a scene-by-scene basis.
OnePlus TV houses a Gamma Color Magic chipset to help with picture processing and rendering. Nestled within the TV is a 50W 8-speaker setup to deliver a three-dimensional soundstage: 4 full-range front-facing speakers, 2 front-facing tweeters for the highs and 2 rear sub-woofers for the bass. Powered by Dolby Atmos for a cinematic sound, it is able to provide a surround sound experience.
The OnePlus TV is powered by Android TV, supports Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa, and the OnePlus Connect app provides you with additional features such as TypeSync, Quick App Switch, Smart Volume Control, Screenshots and more.
The OnePlus TV goes on sale there on September 28th for 69,900 rupees ($985) for the regular model and 99,900 ($1,407) for the Pro version.

As for the cameras, the device features three rear cameras: a 48MP primary sensor, a 12MP telephoto lens, and a 16MP ultra-wide-angle lens. The front camera stands at 16MP.
Additionally, the smartphone is backed by a 3,800mAh battery with 30W Warp Charge and runs Android 10-based OxygenOS out-of-the-box.
