Teac launches new CD-RW combo drive

Teac revealed a new ATAPI CD-RW / DVD combo drive, offering 48x CD-R, 24x CD-RW writing and 16x DVD-ROm reading. The DW-548D is currently available in the market. Features:

- 48x speed writing for CD-R & 24x speed writing for CD-RW disc
- 16x speed reading for DVD-ROM, DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD-RW & DVD+RW disc
- 48x speed reading for CD-ROM disc
- Buffer underrun Prevention
- Supporting the disc-at-once, session-at -once, packet write, and track-at-once recording mode
